This role oversees the creation and execution of a comprehensive safety program to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies in an ISO 9001 compliant manufacturing environment.

  • Serve as primary liaison with the workers' compensation carrier and coordinate return-to-work and modified-duty programs for injured employees
  • Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and the hazard communication program, including chemical inventory and labeling

General:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility emergencies and safety incidents
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and RECONCRAFT's ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance program
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Other tasks as required to support the company's objectives and growth
