The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full time In-Store Loss Prevention Officer to help protect our stores.

Must have previous loss prevention, security, law enforcement, or military experience!

As a Loss Prevention Officer in our stores, your primary focus is to provide protection to customers, employees, and property by patrolling and maintaining a visible presence in order to deter potential threats and suspicious activity, responding to security incidents, upholding Company policies and procedures, and greeting customers.

Schedule:

Tuesday thru Saturday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Starting hourly wage - $25.00 - $26.00 an hour

* Handle Stressful, Unpredictable, and Potentially Dangerous Situations with Rational Judgement

* Manage Conflict and Safety Issues

* Patrol Inside Perimeter Periodically

* Work Independently

Job Description - Requirements

Requirements:

* At Least Two (2) Years Previous Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Law Enforcement, or Military

* Motor Vehicle Record Check

* Independent Local Travel

* Background Check

* Ability to Spend up to 100% of Working Hours Standing/Walking

* Strong Communication Skills

* Must Have Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation Skills

* Able to Identify Suspicious Behavior
