Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Employee will perform the following job duties. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

• Provide service or maintenance to HVAC systems through proper procedures and industry better practices.
• Bolster the customer experience through superior communication focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with Journeyman Technicians, onsite and internal, to promote and ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience.
• Train with installation time as needed to assist on larger installation jobs.
• Take advantage of training and educational opportunities related to your role to stay current on industry trends, installation methods, systems, and emerging technologies relevant to both the market and the business.
• Obtain HVAC Licenses such as EPA card, 06 Electrical License to prepare for future advancement.
• Assist the stocking inventory and cleaning of the company vehicle.
• Job requires wearing of company provided uniforms and steel toe work boots/shoes during the workday

Hourly Pay: $30 to $40/hr DOE

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is REQUIRED
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate a willingness to accept responsibility and direction
• Combination of HVAC Licenses such as EPA card, 06 Electrical License required dependent on position applying for
• Valid CA-OR-WA Driver's License and clean driving record
  ** Please note that you must be an insurable driver and possess a current State Driver's License. You must also be 25 yrs of age with 2+ years of driving experience.

Employee will follow all safety protocols and procedures as instructed, including eye protection, hand protection, mask and hearing protection, steel toed/composite boots/shoes and full length pants.
