Job Description1) Overall software development experience ranging from 2 years to 10 years covering our P2, P3, P4 cadre.
2) Relative hands-on experience on Varicent development.
3) Individual contributor role for P2 whereas for P3/P4 to have some lead experience of managing small team.
4) Expected to know about ICM domain knowledge Incentive and compensation management.
5) Should be able to work in Agile as well as waterfall project methodologies.
6) No location preference as such
7) Good communication skills.
8) Should be able to handle and work on assignments as an individual contributor.
9) Experience of working with US customers.
