Execute CARE sales model with each guest to relate products/services to fitness needs.;
Tour potential members through the club and describe facilities, equipment, services, and amenities aligned to individual fitness goals.;
On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive club profitability.;
Prospect and generate leads from the community and internally; set appointments; manage leads with Lead Management System.;
Provide a best-in-class member experience, greet members, assist with needs, and connect them to appropriate resources.
