Administrative​/Executive Assistant

Clairton, PA 15025 / Braddock, PA 15104

6 Months Contract to hire

Job requires onsite support 5 days/week, standard business hours or earlier. Requires some physical movement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for tours.

• Manage the executive schedules
• Preparing weekly and monthly reporting
• Hands on Spreadsheets experience
• Required to provide leadership presentation skills - PowerPoint is Must
• Must be comfortable wearing PPE
• Help in processing payments, checks and expense reports
• Travel management
• Coordinating the plant vehicle usage for external VIPs
• Help with Pass control badge for external visitors
• Maintain confidentiality
• High level of MS Office skills - O365, Teams, PowerPoint, Spreadsheets
• Willing to learn Oracle for PO and invoicing processing
• Task oriented/ Self directed
• Prepare weekly slides on-time for executive meetings
• Good time management skills
• Event coordination when required (community events, family day, etc.)
• Stock management with regards to PPE set up
• Minimum 3 years of experience is required
• High school diploma is required
