- Complete Field Operations Command:
Direct and manage all daily on-site renovation operations, ensuring tight project timelines match strict brand standards. - Subcontractor Orchestration:
Lead and sequence all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finish trade workflows, optimizing daily manpower and eliminating trade-stacking bottlenecks. - Interior Finish Quality Control:
Supervise and verify high-end interior finish execution, ensuring flawless tolerances across commercial painting, specialized flooring, architectural millwork, and fixture tie-ins. - Document Architecture & Inspections:
Conduct, track, and document municipal inspections, structural testing benchmarks, and detailed punch lists utilizing modern construction management software. - Blueprint Verification:
Review and interpret architectural plans, mechanical schematics, and subcontractor scopes of work to identify structural conflicts proactively before they impact critical path timelines. - Stakeholder Relations:
Maintain polished, clear, and professional communication lines with hotel franchise operators, design teams, and internal Project Managers. - Jobsite Safety Stewardship:
Oversee comprehensive site safety, keeping a meticulously organized, clean, and compliant work environment across active hospitality properties.
- Superintendent Tenure: 5 to 7+ years of dedicated professional experience serving as a Lead Superintendent on commercial renovation or tenant improvement (TI) projects within the $500K to $3MM range.
- Mobility & Commitment:
Complete willingness and capability to travel nationwide for 70 to 100 days at a time, working 6 to 7 days per week during active, fast-tracked job phases. - Technical Document Fluency:
Exceptional ability to read, cross-reference, and interpret complex commercial blueprints, engineering specifications, and interior finish manuals. - Tech Literacy:
Highly proficient with mobile computing, digital scheduling applications, and standard construction tracking platforms. - Licensure Quality:
Possession of a valid Driver's License with an insurable, clean driving history.
Preferred Technical Profiles:
