Required Documents- Active nursing certificate
- Current (dated within one year of hiring) PA State Criminal History, Child Abuse and Department of Education FBI fingerprinting clearance as required by the Child Protective Services Law and PA School Code
- Current Act 168 verification forms
- Personnel Health Record form with tuberculin test results within one year of hiring
- Mandated Reporter training
$125 per day; $170 per day for days 5-89 if in the same assignment
License or Certificate- Registered professional nurse, designated as R.N. as defined and determined by state law, and currently licensed in the state
- Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
