ABOUT THE JOB

Domino’s Pizza is hiring qualified drivers to staff stores across your area. The role offers a flexible schedule that provides the hours you need, allowing time for school, friends, or a second job. Drivers are expected to grow within the company, potentially moving into management or franchise ownership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

• You must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record that meets company standards, and access to an insured vehicle available for delivery.

• Navigate maps and locate addresses within the delivery area, including multi‑story buildings, and handle adverse terrain.

ADVANCEMENT

Many team members began as delivery drivers and advance to management, general manager, franchise ownership, or corporate roles. The company supports personal growth and future opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

General job duties for all store team members include:

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

TRAINING

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.

• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, including making correct monetary change.

• Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

• Demonstrate motor coordination to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.

• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather while removing trash and performing outside tasks, temperature variations in store areas, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces or tools up to 500+ degrees, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

SENSING

• Talking and hearing on telephone.

• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.

• Depth perception.

• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

TEMPERAMENTS

Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.

Walking: For short distances for short durations on surfaces such as ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum; work surfaces between 36 to 48 inches high.

Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.

Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more. Deliveries include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high.

Carrying: Large cans (approx. 3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), and trays of pizza dough (3 per tray, ~12 lb each) are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.

Pushing: Pushing trays on dollies; a stack of trays on a dolly requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push or pull.

Climbing: Occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance tasks.
