Primary Responsibilities:- Create and distribute daily/weekly production schedules and/or work orders.
- Confer with supervisors and shipping department to resolve delays, adjust scheduled and meet deadlines.
- Update computer databases with accurate information regarding progress, costs and material usage.
- Inventory and order materials and supplies for office staff.
- Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
- Communicate with customers, employees and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints
- Review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
- Scan and enter copies of orders received or post order records into our ERP system.
- Production and Processing- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods.
- Customer and Personal Service— Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes assessment of customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Administrative— Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and workplace terminology.
- Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
- Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
- Time Management — Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1+ Years Experience working in an office setting (Preferred)
- Experience with ERP system and proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.

- Visual requirement is for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Lifting Requirements:
Frequently lifting up to 30 lbs. Infrequently lifting 50 lbs. or more - Required to stand, walk (or otherwise be mobile).
- Ability to deal with stressful situations as they arise.
