High-Volume Community ED | Day & Night Shifts | 3–6 Month Assignment | Expedited Credentialing

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced  Emergency Medicine Physicians  to support a critically understaffed community emergency department in  Clanton, Alabama .

If you're EM-trained (or FM/IM with strong EM experience) and ready to step into a bustling, well-supported ED — this assignment delivers immediate value, high acuity, and consistent month-to-month scheduling.

Shift Times:

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Annual ED Volume:  24,455

Pace:  ~2.2 patients per hour

ED Beds:  11

Staffing Model:

24-hour physician coverage

APC coverage 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (when available)

Candidate Requirements

Board Certification:

ABEM / AOBEM

ABFM or ABIM accepted with significant ED experience

Must be BC within 5 years of residency

Certifications:

ACLS & ATLS

ATLS waived for ABEM-certified physicians

Licensure:  Active Alabama medical license

Experience:

Minimum 3 years EM experience preferred

Temp Privs:  Available for clean files
