Pay: $21.00 per hour
Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd
  
  Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
  Schedule: Employees should expect to work at least two Saturdays per month.

We are hiring Repair Welders for a busy metals manufacturing facility. The Repair Welder will inspect, repair, and rework welded metal components to ensure products meet quality and production standards.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a climate-controlled facility. However, the facility can become very hot during the summer months, so candidates should be comfortable working in warm conditions.

• Perform repair welding on metal components and assemblies.
• Inspect welds and identify areas requiring repair or rework.
• Use welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Complete repairs accurately while maintaining production standards.
• Perform visual inspections of completed welds.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow all required personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

• Previous welding experience required.
• Experience with repair welding, rework, or production welding preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be willing to work at least two Saturdays per month.
• Successful completion of an in-person welding skills test is required before starting.

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
