GENERAL LABORERS

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a General Laborers for a company based in Clanton, AL.

Dependable and hardworking individual seeking a General Laborer position at South Atlantic in Clanton. Eager to contribute, learn new skills, and support efficient, safe operations as part of a team.

$16.00 to $17.00 per hour

Monday through Saturday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

• Prepare steel materials for the galvanizing process
• Load, unload, hang and move steel products
• Inspect finished materials for quality
• Operate basic tools and production equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all plant safety procedures
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

• Previous manufacturing, industrial or general labor experience is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working around steel, heat, noise and industrial equipment
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and move throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Steel-toed boots and required personal protective equipment must be worn
• Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Full-time

• Weekly Pay

• 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours
• 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours
