Job Description:

Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings. Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings is a franchisee for the Popeyes brand hiring immediately in the Alabama market. Your role as a Crew Member is to serve each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently; to prepare and cook food products; and to package orders accurately and rapidly. Execution of each job duty must adhere to the specifications and procedures stated in the Operating Standards Manual.

Each task must be accomplished in a timely, clean and orderly manner with a focus on meeting customer needs.

• Guest Services:
  Ensure every guest feels welcomed by promoting an atmosphere of positivity. Greet every customer with a pleasant, enthusiastic, and sincere smile.
• Strive for maximum efficiency to meet accuracy and speed of service standards.
• Completely and accurately fill orders within the mandated service time.
• Collect customer payment for food orders. Receive money and accurately count back change.
• Deliver orders to customers, thank them, and invite them to return.
• Verify opening cash drawer and be accountable for all cash issued and received at the register during the shift. Count down drawer at end of shift for accuracy.
• Practice adequate security measures in cash handling, including frequent cash drops and maintaining mandated cash in the register.
• Immediately notify the Assistant Manager or General Manager of any deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems within the restaurant.
• Attend promptly to any customer service problem or complaint and notify the manager as needed.
• Ensure parking lot and surrounding areas are clean, inviting, and free from litter. Empty exterior trash receptacles and keep exterior receptacles clean.
• Ensure Drive-Thru menu board is clean and contains correct information.
• Maintain sanitation of the customer dining lobby, service area, and restrooms.
• General note:
  Prior restaurant experience is not required; will train the right candidate for the role.

• Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow operating standards and procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Cash-handling ability including receiving payments and making change.
• Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in accordance with store standards.
• Prior restaurant experience is not required; training provided.
• Salary: $10 - $12 per hour.
