Merchandiser - PT

On-site position will service product in multiple stores and travel between them.

Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Competitive wage of $15 plus travel time between accounts paid.

Assigned stores are serviced on designated weekdays according to the established schedule.

Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory.

Background check, 4‑panel drug test (excluding THC). MVR clearance required.

• General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and be detail‑oriented.
• Professional conduct at all times.
• Adherence to the company’s attendance policy.
• Reliable transportation for travel.
• Proficiency with Movista and/or other company‑required applications.
• Personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a tablet.
• Proficient with Word, internet, and email applications.

• Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate standards.
• Safely and efficiently replenish product and assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines.
• Serve all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours.
• Seek prior approval from Supervisor before working outside of scheduled hours or more than 10 hours in a workday.
• Accurately record work hours and other company‑related information using designated applications.
• Communicate with store personnel and Supervisor as needed.
• Ensure product is handled correctly, including returns.
• Follow planograms (POGs) and flowcharts.
• Develop relationships with store personnel.

• Must be able to bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk, climb, kneel, push/pull, and handle objects for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to reach above shoulder level and use fine finger movements.
• Must carry or lift loads of up to 25 lbs. (light), 25‑50 lbs. (moderate), and over 50 lbs. (heavy).

• Work in an environment with exposure to dust, fumes, gases, radiation, microwave, and motorized equipment.
• Operate in confined quarters and varied temperatures/humidity.
• Read, comprehend, write, perform calculations, communicate orally, reason, and analyze.
