As our full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the voice of Recon Recovery — the first person our customers talk to and the reason they keep coming back. You'll handle customer inquiries, guide shoppers toward the right gear for their rigs, resolve issues with professionalism, and make sure every interaction leaves customers confident they chose the right company.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person with speed and professionalism
• Help customers find the right recovery gear and accessories for their needs
• Resolve concerns and follow through to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Support the team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Proven customer service or customer support experience
• A genuine focus on creating a great customer experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive or off-road industry experience is a big plus — if you know your way around a winch or a lift kit, we want to hear from you
