Dental Assistant

Dental Quarters is seeking a passionate and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Claremont, WA dental practice. In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth running of our dental clinic.

• Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments, providing suction, and ensuring the work area is clean and organized.
• Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments.
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Welcoming and registering patients, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Updating patient records and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Performing basic laboratory duties such as 3D printing of models and other dental appliances.
• Ensuring the practice’s infection control protocols are strictly followed.

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced dental practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent patient care.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient in using dental software and technology.
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Commitment to maintaining strict infection control and safety standards.

This is a CASUAL position, with a minimum of 3 days a week.

• Monday: 8.30am‑5.30pm
• Tuesday: 8.30am‑5.30pm
• Saturday: 8.30am‑2pm

We will require some flexibility to the days you work.

Competitive salary offered will be proportional to your level of experience.

Preferred start date is Tuesday 3 March, 2026.
