The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, show initiative and drive. Must be able to understand financial concepts as well as have a desire to grow as an advisor.
Responsibilities- Assist with meeting preparation
- Follow up with clients after meetings to help with plan implementation
- Schedule and meet with clients as part of touch point plan
- Complete Investment Customer Service Requests
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Business-related field
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must get Life and Health Producers License prior to start date
- Must be able to pass FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 within first 9 months
