Job Overview
We are seeking a Production Line Operator to run equipment, produce quality products safely, and maintain efficient production flows.
Responsibilities- Operate production line equipment in a safe manner, following all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and identify potential safety hazards.
- Monitor and maintain product quality, performing visual and mechanical inspections.
- Execute equipment setups according to established procedures.
- Load and unload equipment as required.
- Follow written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders.
- Maintain and log required information for traceability and quality compliance.
- Participate in cross‑training activities.
- Perform other duties as requested or directed.
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution (Preferred).
- Basic mathematics skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages).
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Willing to work 12‑hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Able to stand for up to 12 hours per day.
- Able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day and lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
- Opportunity to be trained and operate a forklift if needed.
- Must be able to work in a high‑performing team environment with limited supervision.
- Shift: 12‑hour shifts, 2‑2‑3 schedule.
- Day shift: 6:45am – 7:00pm;
Night shift: 6:45pm – 7:00am. - Shift differential: $2 per hour for night shift.
- Starting pay: $19.00 per hour.
- Sign‑on bonus: $1,500.
- 84 hours of paid vacation (pro‑rated for the first year, renewed each January).
- Pay progression: $1 at 6 months and 1 year, plus certification pay.
