Job Title: Cable Assembler I

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: Mon-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM

Pay Rate: $17.50

Job Summary: We are looking for a Cable Assembler to help build cables and complete basic assembly tasks under the guidance of supervisors. This is an entry-level role, perfect for candidates with little or no prior experience in cable assembly.

• Assemble cables and follow manufacturing instructions.
• Use basic tools like calipers, micrometers, and scales.
• Operate machinery or computers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, including time slips.
• Work in multiple areas or workstations as required.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Complete required training and certifications.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Six months to one year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to complete training and certification programs (J-Standard-001, IPC-610/620, Basic Cable Assembly).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
