We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry‑Level Machine Operator to join our cable manufacturing team on2ndshift. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. The Machine Operator will assist in operating and monitoring equipment used in the production of cable products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor cable manufacturing machinery according to work instructions
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report issues to supervisors
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Complete basic production and quality documentation
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Some machine operating experience required — training provided
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
- Dependable with good attendance
