Service Coordinator

Pomona, CA (100% onsite)

This position is a Service Coordinator supporting the Customer Center and serving the compressed air needs of the industrial sector. The Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, and efficiently and effectively coordinating service technicians to meet customer needs. Service Coordinators manage and communicate with customers, sales teams, and management, while adhering to all order management and operational requirements of the position.

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians to perform preventive maintenance and service repairs, maximizing operating efficiency and effectiveness.
• Guide and develop service technicians as appropriate, assisting in technical issue resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Manage service inventory and rental fleets (repair status, location, etc.).
• Ensure environmental, health and safety, as well as Operational Excellence adherence in the Customer Center, and assist with the auditing process.
• Earn customer loyalty by effectively and efficiently managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Generate and follow up on service quotes and seek new business whenever possible.
• Order and receive parts for jobs, monitor shipping and receiving activities, and conduct service request data entry and management.
• Submit warranty claims and ship parts to the factory.
• Ensure SARBOX compliance.
• Display team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires.

• High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with hand‑held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).

• Exceptional organization, communication (verbal and written), and follow‑up skills with the ability to effectively manage a high volume of priorities and commitments in a highly visible, fast‑paced work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to follow standard processes and work autonomously while understanding when to elevate issues that require further review.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including proper phone etiquette and skills.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems preferred.
• Salesforce experience a plus.
• Forklift certification a plus but not required.

• Position based in Pomona, CA, and may travel occasionally within the US for meetings, employee training, and other business needs (5‑10%). This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. Requires employees to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move 40+ lbs.

The total pay range for this role, including incentive opportunities, is $55,000 – $75,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Hired applicants will be eligible to receive annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
