This position is full time, scheduling appointments or calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews. • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Property & Casualty insurance license or personal lines insurance license is required.
• Bilingual is a strongly preferred.
