, a well-established law firm in Claremont, NH, is seeking a full-time bookkeeper to support our management team and real estate attorney. Candidates must be detail oriented, have proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel), Quick Books, payroll management, billing, preparation of financial reports, month/year end closing procedures, escrow/trust accounting and 3-way reconciliation. Prior experience in a legal setting preferred, especially with real estate transactions, title insurance, escrow/trust accounting and 3-way reconciliation.
