experience in the medical/surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required.

this is a very small unit/facility, rural experience is preferred.
must be able to work independently/hit the ground running!

dress code: personal scrubs of any color
patient population: newborn - geriatric
rn/patient ratio: 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity pcu patients would be 3:1 or 4:1. This is for both day and night shifts.

• previous travel experience - highly preferred
• rural/small facility experience - highly preferred
