• Title: Physical Therapist
• Location/work environment: In facility
• Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab
• Primary Duties: Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver physical therapy, train patients and caregivers, collaborate with peers, and refer for additional care as needed.

• You will then be presented to the hiring manager.

Posted Salary Range: USD $41.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
