Generative AI Associate – Flexible Hours

We are partnering with leading technology companies to build the future of generative AI and large language models (LLMs). The role is part-time, remote, flexible, and project-based. Ideally suited for writers, linguists, educators, researchers, or language and logic enthusiasts who want to shape AI development on their own schedule.

• Rate/assess AI model performance based on output or behavior.
• Label elements of content and assign predefined categories or labels.
• Evaluate perceived quality and appropriateness of content.
• Generate labels to enhance conceptual understanding.
• Create additional training data via transformations (e.g., image rotation, paraphrasing, audio speed changes).
• Review data and confirm product features work per guidelines.
• Label model outputs for specific identification tasks (clickbait, gaming videos, branded content).
• Order or rank items by preferences or criteria.
• Create prompts or questions for language models or other AI systems.
• Evaluate content relevance on a scale (1‑5, etc.).
• Generate responses to prompts using an AI system.
• Rewrite text while preserving meaning for clarity, style, or guideline adherence.
• Produce concise summaries of longer content.
• Transcribe spoken language or audio into written text.
• Translate text or spoken language between languages.
• Gather various digital content types for training, evaluating, or fine‑tuning AI models.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities specialization (advanced degrees preferred).
• Professional or expert level proficiency (C1/C2) in English.

Expected hourly salary: $15 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
