Travel LPN​/LVN - Long Term Care

🕒 Shift:

• Shift Type: Varied
• Hours: 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours/week guaranteed
• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Float: Must float to units where experienced
• On‑Call: None

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments; follow physician orders
• Document in EMR (MARs/TARs)
• Supervise and support LNAs; ensure proper care delivery
• Perform wound care, oxygen management, and G/J-tube feedings
• Complete admissions, discharges, transfers, and shift reports
• Communicate with families and physicians
• Maintain infection control and unit safety
• Assist with staff training and performance oversight

Experience 3+ years current experience (must be within the last 6 months) – REQUIRED Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred Licensing & Certifications Active NH LPN/LVN license at time of submission – REQUIRED Compact license accepted (but NH license must be active and in‑hand) BLS (AHA) – REQUIRED IV Certified Must be certified OR willing to obtain during onboarding – REQUIRED Health & Vaccine Requirements COVID‑19 vaccination required No declinations/exemptions accepted – REQUIRED Flu vaccine or signed declination (mask required if declined)
