Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - Inpatient, Nights

Position Summary

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN and/or physician, evaluate outcomes, consult with other health team members as required, and adjust nursing care processes to ensure optimal patient care.
• Perform a head‑to‑toe assessment on all patients as per policy, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general patient populations.
• Assess and reassess pain, utilize appropriate pain‑management techniques, and educate patients and families regarding pain management.
• Maintain medical and surgical asepsis during treatments and special procedures.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families in accordance with office/clinic standards.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
• Current BCLS/ACLS certification.
• Ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful situations.
• Self‑motivated learner, willing to take initiative in learning complex processes.
• Exhibits professionalism at all times and understands appropriate workplace behavior and communications.
