Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12hr Nights)

Requirements:

• 2+ years ICU, PCU, Med/Surg experience
• 2+ years ED experience
• Tele experience
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• State License:
  New Hampshire

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, provide, and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking.
• Make nursing judgments and decisions and assume responsibility for nursing care and documentation on the assigned unit.
• Care for a diverse patient population from newborn to geriatric.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach to care.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
