Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care to patients in their own environment. This position allows for a flexible workday, and you will become an integral part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care, meaningful education to patients, and supporting the RN Case Manager. The ideal candidate will hold a current NH LPN license and have proof of Flu vaccination. Excellent benefits are offered, including health insurance, retirement account, and tuition reimbursement.
