Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 36 months of Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 24 months.
• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living 35 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program:
  TrioWFS Program
  - Main.

Required Skills/

Experience:

- 2+ years of current Med Surg/Tele experience required.

- Charge experience required; must be willing to work charge.

- Progressive Care Unit/PCU experience strongly required.

- Drip experience is required. Must have experience with insulin drips, emolol drips, and sodium drips.

Preferred Skills/

Experience:

- ICU experience strongly preferred.

Required Credentials:

- Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Special Requests:

- No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. All RTO and scheduling requests must be made at time of submission; requests after submission, during interview, or after offer will not be approved and may lead to rescinded offer.

Unit Details:

- Adaptive acuity unit; on occasion, travelers will be asked to provide PCU care (3:1 ratio). This care is non‑negotiable and may not be refused.

Shift & Scheduling:

- Every other weekend. Holidays required if needed.

- No call.

Floating Requirements:

- Must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within scope of practice.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Job Responsibilities:
+ Provides general nursing care to patients.
+ Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
+ Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.
+ Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
+ Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.
+ May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.
+ May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.
+ Additional RN duties given by Supervisor.
