Emergency Nurse – Critical Care & Emergency Department – Claremont, NH

  • Experience: Preferred 1+ year of relevant emergency or critical care experience
Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $31.00 - $43.00 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide professional nursing care in a small, rural emergency department
  • Perform head-to-toe assessments on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Manage pain and administer medications accurately following the SIX rights
  • Assist physicians with procedures and treatments, including cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management
  • Monitor patient hemodynamics and interpret results
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, demonstrating flexibility and independence
What You Need:
  • Valid New Hampshire RN license
  • ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications
  • 1+ year of emergency or critical care nursing preferred
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a small-unit setting
