Evening Nursing Supervisor
Are you a compassionate, experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Evening Nursing Supervisor to lead and support our healthcare team.
Examples of Duties- Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure quality patient care during evening/night shifts.
- Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with doctors and other medical professionals.
- Supervise nursing operations, manage emergencies, and resolve patient care issues.
- Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff to uphold clinical excellence and standards.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Valid LPN or RN license in the State of New Hampshire.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in an Acute or Long Term Care facility, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage staff effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate with excellent patient care and assessment skills.

Shift Differential: $2/hour - 2nd shift $2/hour - 3rd shift 20% of base rate of pay for all Weekend shifts Equal Employment Opportunity Mandatory post offer physical and drug testing for new hire. Criminal records check required.
