This assignment location is two hours from Boston, MA! Please note, candidates MUST have their own transportation as this facility is located in a very rural area with limited housing options and public transportation. Please ensure your traveler is aware and are looking into options at time of submission.

ALL DAY, EVERY DAY, WE MAKE LIFE BETTER

Observe each resident on a continuing basis alert to changes in mental and physical well-being; notifies the Supervisor of pertinent observations and discusses the need to notify physician; and receive Resident Status Report from off-going shift and give on-coming shift a detailed report of each resident.
