CNA – LTC​/SNF

Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility Caregiver

Assist in providing basic patient care and support services in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Ensure residents’ needs are met with professionalism and compassion while maintaining compliance with facility policies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform resident care activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status.
• Follow care plans and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license in the state of employment.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in LTC/SNF environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Demonstrate compassion and patience towards residents.
• Meet all vaccination and credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemptions.
