Registered Nurse Imc/Pcu/Stepdown

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit at a critical access hospital. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care, leveraging critical thinking and clinical judgment in a rural hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing nursing processes and critical thinking.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Monitor cardiac status and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate independence and adaptability in a small unit environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and uphold patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active New Hampshire nursing license.
• Possess 2+ years of ICU, PCU, Med/Surg, and ED experience.
• Have current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications (must be uploaded).
• Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac monitoring and complex patient care.
• Show strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in rural or small facility settings preferred.
