What You ll Do
  • Provide personal hygiene assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Support residents with mobility, transfer, and range of motion activities.
  • Assist with nutrition, hydration, and waste elimination, including feeding and toileting.
  • Observe and report significant resident care notes during shift change reports.
  • Help ensure a safe environment, reacting appropriately to emergencies like falls or environmental hazards.
  • Maintain resident confidentiality, adhere to facility policies, and respect diverse spiritual beliefs.
  • Apply infection control procedures and assist residents in participation based on their functional level.
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid LNA license in New Hampshire
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Commitment to resident safety and confidentiality
  • Covid vaccination series (no exemptions)
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in long-term care/Nursing Home settings
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude
