Support residents with mobility, transfer, and range of motion activities. Assist with nutrition, hydration, and waste elimination, including feeding and toileting.

Observe and report significant resident care notes during shift change reports. Help ensure a safe environment, reacting appropriately to emergencies like falls or environmental hazards. Maintain resident confidentiality, adhere to facility policies, and respect diverse spiritual beliefs. Apply infection control procedures and assist residents in participation based on their functional level. What You Need

Required:

Valid LNA license in New Hampshire Ability to work night shifts Commitment to resident safety and confidentiality Covid vaccination series (no exemptions) Preferred:
