Job Title: Accounting Clerk (AP/AR)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $22–$26/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
System One is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for a company in Claremore, OK. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Process and apply payments (checks, ACH, credit cards, wires)
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist with collections and customer account inquiries
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Match and process payable invoices
- Support month-end closing tasks
Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records - Prepare AR aging and collections reports
- High school diploma required (Associate’s in Accounting preferred)
- 1–3 years of AP/AR or general accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
