Accounting Coordinator
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting / Office Support Specialist to support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations in a small, professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone with Quick Books Online experience who enjoys a mix of accounting, coordination, and light customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Enter bills, invoices, estimates, and credits (customer and vendor) in Quick Books Online
- Manage invoicing and ensure accurate entry between systems
- Support payroll by verifying time entries
- Assist with answering incoming calls and general office support
- Knowledge of Quick Books required
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
- 3+ years of experience assisting with administrative and accounting duties
- Must be dependable and available for onsite work - 40 hours/wk
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
