Abundant Solutions Claremore is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a well-established, family-owned business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a close-knit office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process invoices and vendor payments
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
- Maintain organized financial files and documentation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping experience required
- Quick Books experience is required
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
