This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and keeping processes running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Accounting & Bookkeeping

* Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

* Set up and maintain vendor and customer records

* Generate and send invoices daily

* Track due dates and manage payments

* Support timely collections and payment follow-up

* Assist with payroll processing

Office & Administrative Support

* Manage incoming calls and maintain phone systems

* Organize and maintain company documentation and files

* Monitor and order office supplies

What You Bring

* Experience in office coordination, accounting, administration, or similar role

* Strong Quick Books Online skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

* Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently or with a team

* Customer-focused mindset with a good work ethic

* Must be able to work in a full time, onsite position
