Job OverviewThis brand-new state‑of‑the‑art facility is scheduled to open in July 2026. Interviews will begin in June 2026.
We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. They must seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests using knowledge and skills
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns
- Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Impetus for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long‑term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their heads
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmission vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
