As a General Manager (Site Leader), you are accountable for all aspects of the business and its operations, driving results that exceed volume, revenue, and profitability goals.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of 10‑15 employees, fostering teamwork and a fun culture.
- Maintain a fast‑paced, structured work environment.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience with quality and friendly service.
- Perform limited administrative duties and routine equipment checks.
- Attract, recruit, train, and develop staff at all positions.
- Ensure the facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms remain clean and organized.
- Oversee daily operations, including equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
Requires standing, walking, and continuous movement for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift). Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, climbing, and crouching are required. Must lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally more with assistance. Ability to operate car wash equipment and manage water, chemicals, noise, and mechanical equipment in varying outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity, rain).
Qualifications- 3+ years of customer and team‑facing leadership experience.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Willingness to work on equipment and get hands dirty.
- Ability to be on feet for long hours at a time.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with company driving standards.
- Successful drug screen and background check per state guidelines.
Annual Salary:
Year 1: $80,000+;
Year 2: $90,000+;
Year 3: $100,000+. Compensation includes base pay, premium pay for hours beyond full‑time, an obtainable bonus structure, and a generous profit‑sharing program.
