JT Services – Claremore, OK Salary: $50,000–$65,000 + Performance Bonuses

JT Services is one of Oklahoma’s fastest‑growing home‑service companies, and we’re building a training and compliance system that sets the standard for excellence in plumbing, HVAC, septic, and customer experience. We’re looking for a Training & Compliance Manager who thrives on structure, coaching, documentation, and building people into high‑performing professionals.

• Lead onboarding and training for all new hires across multiple departments
• Facilitate Day 1 “Total Immersion” orientation
• Build 10‑day launch plans that get field experts operating independently by Day 11
• Create SOPs, checklists, training modules, and certification paths
• Audit documentation, photos, invoices, safety, and customer experience
• Ensure Housecall Pro workflows, Slack communication, and daily routines are followed
• Coach technicians, CSRs, dispatchers, and emerging leaders
• Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective training
• Maintain JT University content and version control
• Support leadership development and succession planning

• Former Lead Technician who enjoys teaching
• Former Field Supervisor with strong documentation habits
• Former CSR/Dispatch Trainer
• Former Operations Coordinator
• Former Quality Assurance Specialist
• Former Service Manager who prefers systems over drama
• Former Military trainer/instructor (excellent SOP discipline)

• 3–5+ years in plumbing, HVAC, septic, or similar home‑service industries
• 2–4+ years training, coaching, or onboarding adults
• Strong writing and documentation skills
• Experience auditing quality, safety, or compliance
• Ability to hold people accountable with professionalism
• Comfort teaching technology (Housecall Pro, Slack, etc.)

$50,000–$65,000 base salary + performance bonuses tied to:
