Hiring Concrete Project Managers! You'll play a pivotal role in our projects' success, managing concrete projects.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, independent, and able to work under tight deadlines in the fast-paced construction industry.

Concrete Project Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager on concrete construction projects including structural concrete, flatwork, tilt-wall, and architectural.
• Strong communication skills, able to lead meetings with clients
• Proficient in Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Procore
• Construction Management or an Engineering degree is preferred

Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other workers in the same project
• Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities
• Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise
• Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
• Report project progress and budget to client
• Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner
• Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
