You'll work a full-time schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

As our Customer Service Rep - Service Dispatcher, you are the first point of contact for our customers and the organizational force behind our technicians. You'll start your day answering calls with enthusiasm, making outbound calls to follow up on past-due accounts and assist with collections, gathering customer details, and scheduling jobs in our field management system. You will also enroll customers in memberships and maintenance agreements, explaining benefits and answering questions.

Throughout the day, you'll coordinate technicians, adjusting schedules as needed to ensure everything runs smoothly. When unexpected changes arise, you'll think fast, communicate effectively, and make real-time adjustments to keep operations on track. You'll also handle important administrative tasks, ensuring that all information is recorded accurately. Your ability to stay focused, organized, and adaptable makes you a crucial part of our team’s success!

• High school diploma
• Ability to be trained in a complex field management system
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone
• Friendly and kind attitude toward others

Experience in customer service is preferred but not required for this entry-level role!
