WHAT YOUR ROLE AS OUR LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER LOOKS LIKE

You will be in our office from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
, with overtime available.

  • Answering all incoming service request calls, emails, and texts with empathy and a helpful, cheerful attitude.
  • Gather essential job information, assess urgency, and secure service appointments utilizing company scripts and protocols.
  • Set proper expectations regarding pricing, technician arrival windows, and payment methods.
  • Assign specific plumbing calls (e.g., water heater repair, drain cleaning) to the technician with the most relevant expertise.
  • Act as the first line of defense for customer issues, de‑escalating frustration, and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate and sequence technician routes geographically to maximize billable hours and minimize drive time.
  • Monitor the dispatch board throughout the day, ensuring jobs are running on schedule and updating customers on technician ETAs.
  • Ability to problem‑solve and make basic decisions to run the technician schedule.
  • Take payments over the phone and send out invoices as needed.
  • Have knowledge of and process customers wanting to sign up for Memberships.
  • Clear and proper English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent situations, and think quickly under pressure.
  • Identifying and requesting when Permits and Inspections need to be requested. Applying for said permits in a variety of city and county platforms and following up until inspections are passed.
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER
  • 4‑year degree
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Professional communication skills and comfort with speaking over the phone
Bonus Qualifications
  • 1+ years of work experience in an office or customer‑facing environment
  • Experience using Service Titan or a similar field management software

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
