Chief Project Engineer

CF Industries, a leader in the global nitrogen product market, is seeking a Chief Project Engineer to enhance our Engineering & Maintenance department. This position entails leading complex engineering projects with a focus on sustainability and safety, ensuring all project phases from planning to execution meet the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will drive innovations that support our mission to transform natural gas into nitrogen products, vital for agricultural and industrial applications, while upholding our commitment to world-class manufacturing and environmentally responsible practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, objectives, and integration of sustainable technology innovations.
• Manage project resources, timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and financial control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team leaders to ensure technical standards, safety, and operational efficiencies are met.
• Drive engineering solutions that align with strategic sustainability goals.
• Report to executive leadership on project updates, risks, and strategic outcomes.
• Oversee quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety measures throughout all project phases.
